The open plan kitchens are kitted out with an oven, a ceramic hob, extractor, a fridge with an icebox, an integrated dishwasher, and a washer/dryer, as well as having plenty of cupboard and worktop space.

The floor to ceiling windows in the open plan living area mean the room is filled with natural light. Each furnished apartment has a four seater dining table, a three seater sofa, an armchair, coffee table and entertainment unit.

The bedrooms all have full height built in wardrobes with hanging rails and storage. The beds have upholstered headboards and 1000 pocket sprung Hypnos mattresses. There are also two wooden bedside tables and a matching chest of drawers in each bedroom.

The ensuite bathrooms both have full length mirrors and mirrored wall cabinets. One of the bathrooms has a bath with a shower over, while the other has a shower.

Every apartment has a balcony running the full length of the apartment, accessible from the living room via a sliding glass door.

You can rent either furnished or unfurnished. If you choose furnished you can expect good quality furniture made from solid wood with either a light or dark finish. Many of the pieces have been designed specifically for Dandara Living.

Our agreements are three years long as standard, with a break clause after the first 12 months. All you need to do is give us 2 months notice.
